Microsoft Ads · Microsoft Advertising Partner
Microsoft Ads, paid per conversion.
Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, AOL and Copilot search plus the Microsoft Audience Network: high-intent, lower-competition traffic that most brands under-invest in — run by a Microsoft Advertising Partner and paid only on verified conversions.
What we run
Microsoft Ads campaigns we build and fund.
- 01
Search
Rebuilt natively rather than blindly imported: Microsoft audiences, device mixes and match types behave differently, and we structure accounts accordingly.
- 02
Shopping
Microsoft Merchant Center feeds and Shopping campaigns tuned for the desktop-heavy, higher-income buyers that dominate the Microsoft network.
- 03
Audience Network
Native and image placements across MSN, Outlook and Edge with in-market and LinkedIn-profile targeting that no other platform offers.
- 04
Copilot & new surfaces
Early access through our partner status to ads in Copilot and other AI-assisted surfaces as they roll out — tested on our balance sheet, not yours.
The mechanics
How Microsoft Ads becomes pay-per-conversion
The platform does not change the model. These are the four things we put in place so that every Microsoft Ads conversion we invoice is real, verified and incremental.
See the full process- 01
UET and offline conversions
Universal Event Tracking is deployed or audited, with offline and enhanced conversions where needed, so Microsoft optimises to the same conversion you are invoiced for.
- 02
Independent optimisation
We never run Microsoft as a mirror of Google. Bids, negatives and budgets are managed on Microsoft performance data alone — usually at CPCs 20–40% lower.
- 03
LinkedIn profile targeting
For B2B marketplaces and wholesale buyers we layer company, industry and job-function targeting, a capability unique to Microsoft Advertising.
- 04
Same reconciliation, same invoice
Microsoft conversions are reconciled against your data and appear on the same monthly statement as every other platform.

Is Microsoft Ads big enough to matter?
For e-commerce in the US and Europe, yes. Microsoft properties and partners handle a meaningful share of desktop search, and the audience skews older and higher-income. Because we are paid on conversions, we only run it where the volume is real.
Can you just import our Google campaigns?
We can import as a starting point, but we restructure. Match-type behaviour, audience signals and auction dynamics differ, and an unmanaged import usually wastes the lower CPCs Microsoft offers.
Do you run Microsoft on its own?
Rarely. It performs best as part of a cross-platform plan with Google, and the shared conversion definition means you get one statement across both.
