Last updated 23 October 2026. These terms govern your use of leadplay.eu. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
1. Who operates this website
leadplay.eu (the “Site”) is operated by Leadplay OÜ, registry code 16204555, Viru väljak 2, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia (“LeadPlay”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Information on the Site
The Site describes our services and commercial model in general terms. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms part of any contract. Services, pricing per conversion, platforms and eligibility are agreed with each client in a separate written agreement, which prevails over anything on this Site.
Case studies and figures are presented for illustration of our model and approach. Results depend on each client's category, margins, tracking and market conditions, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
3. Permitted use
You may browse the Site and use the contact form for genuine business enquiries. You must not:
- use the Site or the contact form to send spam, unlawful, defamatory or infringing material;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server or any connected system;
- use automated tools to scrape or copy the Site other than for search-engine indexing;
- interfere with the Site's operation or security.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics, code and the LeadPlay name and logo are owned by LeadPlay or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce them without written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution.
Third-party names and marks mentioned on the Site — including Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capital One Shopping, AliExpress, BLUETTI and DHgate — belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply endorsement.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

The Site is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant that it is error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute relating to the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Estonia, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
